Ultra Energy helps nuclear and industrial companies solve some of humanities greatest challenges. We also aim to be a positive force in the communities within which we work. Our employees in Round Rock, Texas, and Wimborne, UK, are encouraged and supported to raise money for charity and volunteer their time to make a difference.

• We match the money employees raise for charity up to a total of $20,000 per year
• Employees are given the opportunity to spend a day a year participating in community projects
